We recently visited the area from the USA. This restaurant was the best in area hands down. I wish we could move it to Dallas. You cannot go wrong here with anything and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Meal & over all experience. From the Host to the friendly well organised staff. The setting and ambiance is most comforting and relaxing. I often eat out & yesterday after a really long time have I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The marinated oven fired chicken was a perfect 10/10. I will definitely be going back to experience the rest of he menu.

Food, staff, design layout, ambiance absolutely FANTASTIC! I simply loved my oven fired grilled fish. My fries could have been a little more crisp, but hey I'm not complaining. I am certain with special request it could have done! Anyone who after reading this review must make a genuine concerted effort to try this place out. WELL DONE BEL PUNTO. Yum, yum!

We are always in search of great restaurants wherever we travel to. When prima piatti came up on one search engine for the ballito area our heart sank. But I kept searching until I found A review on Bel Punto on Wining and Dining. This restaurant is exceptional. Food is wonderful and the service impeccable. The owner was involved in every aspect of the place. Carpaccio great, foccaccio also great and the prawns and calamari were excellent. Wish we had a Bel in Johannesburg, would be a great alternative to the good old Assagi.

This is a gem hidden away off the main track. If you are looking for great food, exceptional service and relaxing after dinner drinks then you must visit.
We went once and ended up visiting 3 times during our week in Umdloti.
The menu promises and the food delivers. Great wine list and the owners and staff very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are offering.
Then there is the cocktail lounge, great for relaxing after a good meal.

This is an amazing restaurant to visit although a bit far out of Durban is worth the trip - although the meals are slightly over priced although valuable!
