From the minute we walked in through the front door, the service was impeccable!
Johan the Manager was beyond attentive. One of our party commented in passing, that this was her first visit at the Hussar Grill, and next minute Johan returned with complimentary glasses of champagne to welcome us... Lisa our waitress, attended to our every need, and her service was excellent without being imposing.
The food was flavoursome and well prepared. The evening ended off with their complimentary signature chocolate vodka liqueurs...all in all a great experience. Thank You!!!

We visited Hussar Grill in January this year and after some confusion with our booking (we had made a booking at a different Hussar Grill) the manager managed to find us a table. Great steaks, cooked exactly as we ordered it and good wine, served by friendly waiters. We hope to return in April this year.

You don't come here for the beach side location (its up the hill away from the beach) but if you would like a good steak and a good choice of wines you will not do better in Camps Bay and probably not in Cape Town.

Each time we go I am reminded why it's such a popular and enjoyable place to frequent.
The food has always been good in my humble opinion.

We stay in Camps Bay and go to the Hussar Grill regularly. Always a great experience, great music which conjures up very happy memories from the 80s and 90s - essentially we always leave the Hussar Grill in a very fine mood. Never experienced a bad moment. I will recommend it to the fussiest of friends. In fact we are taking friends today! Those spare ribs are yummy!

We're not really the type to celebrate Valentine's Day in a restaurant but deciding to go to Hussar Grill this year was an awesome idea.

The service was remarkable, our waiter was well informed and made excellent recommendations. The food was flavourful and very well prepared.

We would definitely go there again and we have recommended Hussar Grill Camps Bay to everyone who asks us about a good place to eat.

Just one tiny recommendation - the 2 seater table closest to the kitchen and on the other side of the divider is a little bit dark and needed a bit more lighting.
