My wife and I celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary with a fantastic evening meal at your restaurant. The food and service was absolutely great and you made us feel special with the big chairs and rose petals and to top it all an anniversary card from you.
It was a delight and we will most certainly return.

Thank you for a wonderful night with a magical atmosphere, amazing food, great service from our friendly waiter and a surprisingly affordable experience. You made my mom's birthday very special, and we will definitely be back and recommend to everyone. Keep it up!

So... It was a Saturday evening and I was in the mood to spend a quiet dinner with a friend. The typical question of where to go led to Zagora's in Centurion, mainly because of the interesting specialties (certainly my first time enjoying North African cuisine).
Arriving at the Royal Elephant, I was blown away by the sheer size of the place. Incredible! I was not aware that the conference centre was a 5 star affair - thank goodness we were dressed well!
From here onwards, the evening simply took a turn for the magical. The decor is out of this world - it seemed (to my untrained eye at least) very Moorish and authentic. The atmosphere is amazing - every detail is taken care of and the general impression is one of excellence that I have not had the pleasure of experiencing very often. Lavish, thick carpets, beautiful lighting, stunning features and overall a great impression.
Then came the food. Oh my. We ordered the specialty of the house - Lamb Shank Tagine. Words fail me when I try to describe the taste (yet, i suppose I have to try anyway) -- Complex, aromatic, wonderfully complimented and divine! The serving was of course, way to big for two people to finish) but every last bit was scrumptious.
Here is the best part - dinner (for two, with a glass of wine and coffee afterward) was a mere R250. Amazing stuff!
I will MOST DEFINITELY be back.
