Was introduced to A Tasca last year and dine there constantly! Excellent food, a great atmosphere, and good service in general - definitely my favourite place to dine in Durban! I highly recommend this restaurant to lovers of Portuguese cuisine, and the public at large.

I was a waiter here at Atasca when it first opened and what can I say, not much has changed. Food is great, awesome vibe and service is spectacular. Well done Jiren - you made a killer restaurant here. The managers know exactly what they are talking about and how to handle all customers. See you all again soon.

Excellently managed, great service, FREE warm Portuguese rolls and the ONLY Prawn experience worthy of praise! My husband is a master chef of note and very fussy. He rated the chicken peri peri as superb! Little Portugal at our back door - Well done all.

Food was very good, and reasonably priced. Very good flamed chorizo and the peri peri chicken was spot on. Service was decent, and they have a good range of beer, including the Portuguese super bock, which I love! Recommended.

Well done Gabby! An awesome meal once again, consistency never fails at what has become my favourite Portuguese Restaurant in Durban. The most succulent piri piri chicken served with prawns and an off the menu order of starch called swimming rice. This is an eat your fingers off experience. Thank you Duran for the fantastic service as usual. I will be back soon.

A Tasca Westville is definitely the best restaurant I've been to in many years. Service was out of this world with a personal feel from staff and management. Food was exquisite and not badly priced. I can't wait to go back. Thank you thank you thank you. You brought Date Night back to life...
