I was taken to the restaurant for my birthday and I chose the seafood platter. The crayfish was hard and tasteless and was sent back. It came back exactly the same & the manageress said she did not know how to fix it Also there was a private party going on in the function room and the kids were running around the restaurant making a noise. It was only when we complained that the doors were closed and the kids kept inside.

The Promise Grill has been in Alberton for many, many years - first on the main road and then in the suburb of Meyersdal. The location might have changed over the years, but the top quality food has not. Well known for their excellent preparation of Steak and Seafood, the Promise Grill has now also added Sushi to the Menu. You will be greeted as if you are an old family friend coming home for a meal and you will be wined and dined like royalty! Not to be missed!
