Disappointment was big on Saturday night. I booked a table for 28 people at the restaurant for a friends 60th Birthday party. When i booked the table i specifically asked them to please ensure that we have at least 2 waters at the table as we are a big group of people. They ensured me that we will have 2 to 3 waiters, no problem. When we arrived there was 2 seats to little, so i had to argue with the waiter to get us another 2 seats. We only had 1 waiter running around, trying to please everyone around the table. Food order were wrong, drinks were wrong, bills were wrong! Everything just went wrong. After speaking to the manager about this, we eventually got 1 other waiter to help. When the food eventually arrived, the runners had no clue who's food belonged to whom, the waiter that took the orders were no where in sight, unprofessionally they stood around screaming who's food is this and who's food is this....they could have gone according to the orders taken, this way people would have received the correct food. By this time, half the people were angry and has left. This i do not blame on the waiter (who by the way did not get any tips because of the bad service) but i blame it on management! This was horrible planning from the management of this institution. You CAN NOT expect 1 person to run a table of 28 people!! Shame on you! Organisational skills seriously lack in this institution! I will never go back there ever again, and i can promise you that not one of the guests there on Saturday will ever support you again, neither will one of us ever recommend it to any other person! Manager promised that desert was on the house, nobody was in the mood to even stay that while longer after all the arguments and fights we had to endure. An evening that was suppose to be a special event, turned out to be a disaster because of bad management. Think twice before using this institution for a meal people. Service and management is non existing here!!
