I travel extensively around SA and internationally. I eat out almost every day. I discovered Parea about three months ago when I moved my head office to Jozi. It is undoubtedly the best Greek restaurant that I have every eaten at, worldwide. I have to get my Parea fix at least once a week and yet to have a bad meal.

It is honestly the best Greek restaurant in johannesburg. The setting is very cosy, service is good and the weekend entertainment is excellent. Managenet is hands-on and friendly, but most of all the food is delicious and authentic. Being Greek, I can't help but feel like i am in greece when at Parea. The traditional setting along with the greek dancing makes Parea, as the name suggests, a place for good company.
