16 of us celebrated our year end gourmet dinner at Assaggi on Friday night. Both the food and service were excellent. Have to recommend their signature dish which was enjoyed by many of us. The brie and asparagus lasagne and the zucchini chips were delicious.

Had a superb dinner experience at Assaggi on Saturday night. Went through many of the starters - properly delicious. Yes, the zucchini chips are mouth watering. Fabrizio's intuitive, handling of customers and staff, coupled with his passion and knowledge was not only professional, but genuinely refreshing. Will be a regular dinner when in Jozi!

I ate here for the first time in April 2012 and I can honestly say the food was phenomenal.
There has been a change in manager who has extensively improved the dining experience at Assagi from the previous managers. Having only experienced the current situation, I can honestly say that eating here is not just eating out. The food makes this night out an experience.

I went to Assaggi for the first time on the 26th July. I had as my main: The zucchini fries and aubergine starter.
I have had a craving for those mouthwatering fries ever since then and if I could, I would eat them every day! I can't seem to get these out of my mind or stomach!
A truly great experience here and the food is prepared with love and perfection :) An absolute must-go!
