Description: Kingston is an elegant dining experience situated on a beautiful old farmstead. The menu is small. but very well prepared offering quality ingredients presented with style. We are presently not licensed, so you are welcome to bring your own wine. The farm is devoted to the raising and breeding of Appaloosa horses. Accommodation is also available. Head chef: Carla Bright Signature dish: Beef Wellington Fillet steak covered in home made pate and duxelle mushrooms, encased in pastry, served with braised red cabbage, lyonaise potatoes and a Cumberland sauce. |
