Description:
La Campana is a multi-award-winning restaurant, now headed by the ever-present brothers Roberto (chef) and Martin (host). While young and enthusiastic, their wealth of experience shows in the style, the presentation and the service.

Many consider the menu a work of art, with a choice to meet the most discerning gourmet. For starters, take the Black Mushrooms. Ours are served with prawn on a white wine and garlic cream, topped with goat's milk and cooked in our log oven!

The Bistro is a quaint offset from the main restaurant and gives a casual feeling to the well renowned restaurant. The menu offers lighter lunches, as well as a full Mediterranean menu.

Outside patio and garden seating is also available during the day, with tranquil gardens and water features.

Comments: La Campana is our family's favourite restaurant. Whether going just as a couple or with the entire noisy extended family, this is our favourite spot to be.

We are welcomed like old friends by Rob & Martin, and the food is always superb whether dining at the bistro for lighter meals, or at the restaurant. A la carte favourites include carpaccio, trinchado and calamari and the fillet medallions with potato rosti are a firm favourite. The buffet is also sumptuous and is a great way to spend a lazy Sunday lunch.

The staff are always on top form, friendly and efficient. This is a great place to eat, with consistently great food & service. 5 Stars!

Comments: This is a fantastic place! No need for the East Rand to go to the north for great food.
The place is warm and cozy, great place for just the two of your or with a gang. The food is just FANTASTIC! Not often you find a place that has something for everyone's taste.
Keep it up guys!
