Restaurant description

Overlooking the tranquil Centurion Lake, the Hotels a la carte restaurant Emanzini's interior was designed around its modern African cuisine. Warm African ambience complements the food to create an exceptional sensory experience.

Another addition to the Hotels' impeccable facilities is the new Bar and Lounge, complemented by a separate smoking lounge, which can also be used as a private venue. The bar caters for light lunches and is an ideal spot to relax. The 4 star Protea Hotel Waterfront now also offers 24-hour room service.

Read more "Thank you to the following star staff members at Emanzini Restaurant for excellent dining experience on Mother's Day: Ralph, Givemore and Lebo (chef). Meals were prepared and served with the best of skill and service. Complimentary ice-cream was provided courtesy of Lebo (chef) when we returned the grilled chicken to re-grill it to well done. Staff gave us personal attention and treated us with respect and dignity. High levels of professionalism were displayed by everyone from the security guards, waitrons and chef. I will return again for another fine dining experience.
