Signature dishes include Duck, in a creamy cherry brandy sauce, Lamb Cutlets in lemon & basil marinade, Prawn Arabiatta, Bouillabaise, Sole fillet & Shrimp with a saffron mushroom & cream sauce, Ostrich fillet in red wine, wild berry & juniper sauce, Moroccan Lamb Curry, & a milder but very popular Thai Chicken Curry but lets not forget our famous Lindt Chocolate Orgasm for the chocoholics.
