Description: A spacious dining area supports a cozy and laid-back environment and has proved to be extremely popular for relaxing lunches, and evening meals. It is advised to book in advance on Fridays and Saturdays. This atmosphere is enhanced with a crackling fire, which burns throughout the long, cold winter days. You can take advantage of the outside seating area, which buzzes during lazy summer afternoons and warm evenings. There is ample off road secure parking and a separate smoking section. The relaxed mood invites you in and embraces you as you walk through the door. TV’s in the restaurant screen all major sporting events and you will normally find specials associated with these. The menu, being so large offers a fairly diverse selection of dishes. A favourite are the good, hearty, traditional fare (Home-made Pie and the old favourite Fish and Chips) that reminds you of Mum's home cooking. Interspersed with this, you'll find a pleasing selection of fish, steaks and grills. Vegetarians are also carefully catered for. For the not so hungry, there's a choice of smaller, snack meals from the bar menu and if you have a craving for something sweet, the Blueberry Cheesecake is a must! |
