Description: The quality of the meals, personalized service and warm atmosphere attracted patrons from afar and soon created a loyal client base that travel a great distance to frequent our restaurant. The secret to our success is the preparation of all our meals with the emphasis on "good traditional home cooking". There is no compromise on the quality or freshness of the products used in our famous recipes. We have become well known for our grills and traditional favourites such as oxtail, Founders lamb, L.M. prawns and homemade pies. Our meat is wet aged S.A.Grainfed superior beef which is cut daily to ensure quality and freshness. All our meat is grilled on a traditional stone based grill and basted with our unique homemade basting. Our menu and warm atmosphere caters for all occasions from business meetings to family outings and special occasions. To accommodate all patrons, we provide a variety of menus which include our A La Carte Menu, Children's Menu and Function Menu. An extensive Wine and Liquor List as well as a Cocktail Menu are available to accompany our meal. All our restaurants cater for smokers and non-smokers and our Cresta branch has two Private function rooms. |
