Restaurant description

In January 2016, Zombie Chefs opened their doors to the South African mobile street food market. Founders Chef Edward Clegg and business partner Scott Lewis had the vision to supply gourmet street food to South African foodies looking for something fresh and mouth-watering.

Edward Clegg is an Olympic award winning medallist chef, who prepares a variety of delicious meals according to the highest fine dining standards. All of their produce is sourced from top quality organic suppliers; ensuring clients receive the best meal experience possible.

Initially focusing on local weekend markets and events, Zombie Chefs soon extended their offering to include corporate, private, wedding and onset catering. Zombie Chefs has now opened its very own Zombie Chefs Caf? based at 1 Eloff Street in Johannesburg CBD, offering lunches, readymade meals and fresh pastries and cakes.

Convenience and quality is what Zombie Chefs is about. We are equipped to bring our trademark mobile food trailer to a client?s premises, allowing for a unique experience or to cater from a venues onsite kitchen. The choice is yours!
