North Indian cuisine

At Bombay Blues we offer more than just an evening out, our high touch
approach ensures memories that will last for a long time to come…we are
very aware that what we eat and with whom we eat can inspire and
strengthen the bonds between individuals

The sharing of food reflects the way for people of all cultures to sustain
and create an emotional connection with others

Explore North Indian cuisine…the extensive use of herbs and spices ensures that each dish is specially prepared…take the first step with an array of tandoor dishes that make you want for more

Then move onto a delectable curry, on offer is a variety like the “Kareli Ki Nihari”, baby lamb dum cooked overnight in a rich stock, “Murg Hyberabadi”, tender pieces of chicken marinated with select spices smoked in onion and tomato gravy, and vegetarian dishes like “Dum Subz Handi”, assorted vegetables in saffron almond gravy. You have a varied choice of accompaniments in the form of speciality breads,
naan, roti, paratha.

End the evening on a sweet note with our masala tea or a taste of our imported Kulfi ice cream.

We extend the fine dining experience to corporate events; we offer standard menus and outdoor catering

Bombay Blues is certain to meet all your gastronomic requirements. Our food is the window into our most basic beliefs about our world and ourselves…and its tucked away in side street of Rosebank.

Great veg options as well, 20 Dec 2011
Reviewer: Umesh  (Adventurousness: What is the chef's special today?)

Comments: Nothing like the veg starters. You will not want to eat meat. I go there all the time and think that it is the best Indian restaurant in Jhb.
