Description: Yo Sushi is a modern, spacious and Zen inspired Sushi bar where the conveyer belt is constantly laden with the whole variety of Yo Sushi dishes prepared by our hard working chefs. Sushi is an ancient school of Japanese cuisine. By crafting rice into various shapes and then adding seaweed, fish and a variety of vegetables, the sushi chef sculpts the many variations of the art form we find today. One of the best things about sushi is that you can eat a wholesome meal without feeling stuffed. And even though it's low on calories, sushi is nutritious and packed with vitamins. In today's sushi-shops you can be served any drink you like with your sushi, but saké and green tea are pretty much obligatory. Saké is served warm, and you must drink it before you eat - not during your meal, and definitely not after. The tea on the other hand is served during the whole meal, because of its role as a palate cleaner. Green tea is essential for the full enjoyment of sushi, since it removes aftertastes and leaves the mouth fresh for the next serving. There is no set order in which the various kinds of sushi are eaten, but the nori-wrapped pieces should be eaten first, since the crispness of nori seaweed does not last long once it comes in contact with the damp rice. Yo Sushi offer superb value for money, fresh ingredients, and a happy atmosphere with a massive menu. |
