Owners Trevor and Malinda have since bid farewell to the franchise and are now operating independently, with the same warm hospitality and friendly service their patrons have become accustomed to. For the ideal start to a successful business day, Cassidy’s open at 7h00 serving a variety of breakfasts, ice cold juices and hot beverages. An array of light meals including burgers, shawarmas, pregos, bruschetta and nachos are available throughout the day. A selection of starters and main meals include all the old favourites, i.e. Giblets, Chourico, Chicken Livers, Espetada, Bacalhau, Trinchado, Feijoada, Chouriço, Lambshank, Eisbein, and the best seller, LM Chicken. Seafood, delicious Prawns, Steaks and Meat dishes are also served. Steaks are simply grilled to your preference, and you may choose a traditional or a more unusual sauce to accompany it. Vegetables are seasonal and very possibly the best part of your meal. A number of items are suitable for vegetarians. Unusual salads are available alongside the usual favourites. Business lunches may be structured by opting for a standardized set menu to ensure efficient time management and keeping within budget limits, or a more leisurely luncheon ending with Cognac may be arranged. A private loft accommodates 16 to 60 guests comfortably and a bar and wine list can be customized to your preference.
