Greeted by warm and friendly staff, the understated formality and newly revamped dining area fill one with an immediate sense of wellbeing. Attentive waiters are at hand to regale one with a delectable selection of daily specials, while also being well versed in the culinary delights offered by our A La Carte menu.
In true Mediterranean style, each table is provided with a selection of the finest olives upon arrival, and a truly delightful wine selection is on offer for even the most discerning connoisseurs.
As the Mediterranean is all about family, so is Olive and Oil. A newly revamped playroom is available for the next generation, and a scrumptious selection of kiddies meals have been added to our A La Carte menu.
At Olive and Oil our emphasis is on great quality food, and outstanding service. Signature dishes include the ever popular Prawns in Phyllo, which consists of generously sized prawn tails wrapped in Phyllo and served with a dill, sweet chilli and Greek yoghurt dipping sauce. The Dijon, Avo and Feta Sirloin is 300g of melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness that needs to form part of every bucket list. For the seafood lovers, Olive and Oil has an extensive array of dishes on offer that will satisfy any taste bud. All our seafood is grilled and basted in our own secret basting.
For those with a penchant for the sweet, high on the rankings of the Olive and Oil dessert menu is the Kahlua Avalanche. This taste sensation is comprised of Vanilla ice cream wrapped in a pancake, smothered in Kahlua, nuts and Bar One sauce. Closely rivalling this dish for imperative decadence is the Death by Chocolate, which consists of warm chocolate fudge cake smothered in Bar One sauce and served with ice cream or cream.
In an effort to further accommodate our ever expanding family of friends, Olive and Oil is proud to announce our new and exciting venture ? The Venue at Olive and Oil Glenwood. This new space will afford us the opportunity to accommodate functions for up to 50 people in a private setting, whilst still keeping to the traditions that have made Olive and Oil a firm favourite over the years.
