Chef and owners Andras and Susan Fenyas have done an 'about turn' from their fine-dinin g restaurant, Ballito's Blue Piano, to this laid-back bistro. Cement floors, basic wooden tables and chairs (cushions would invite lingering over a meal), upside-down huge wrought iron chandeliers, some amusing murals and sea views complete the décor. In keeping with the casual style, the Beach Bistro offers wines that do not exceed the R75 mark. That said, there are a few selected wines for that special celebration meal. Displayed on the sideboard they vary constantly according to availability and whim.
