Description:
The ultra-relaxed Beach Bistro is just a short walk from the popular Westbrook beach. Chef and owners Andras and Susan Fenyas have done an 'about turn' from their fine-dinin
g restaurant, Ballito's Blue Piano, to this laid-back bistro.
Cement floors, basic wooden tables and chairs (cushions would invite lingering over a meal), upside-down huge wrought iron chandeliers, some amusing murals and sea views complete the décor.
In keeping with the casual style, the Beach Bistro offers wines that do not exceed the R75 mark. That said, there are a few selected wines for that special celebration meal. Displayed on the sideboard they vary constantly according to availability and whim.

Comments: We have been going to the Beach Bistro for 5 years. We live just around the corner in Westbrook so lovely and close for us. My husband and I can share a good bottle of wine together. It is our absolute favourite special restaurant. We got engaged there as well. The food is always always amazing. I recommended it all the time to family and friends and we have taken both there more than once. Beautiful restaurant right by the sea. Bruce will definitely recommend the Natal lamb curry, the fillet, Hungarian chicken livers or prawn cakes. Gosh I can actually go on and mention everything on their menu. Andras and Susan you have a wonderful restaurant and Bruce and I will always come for dinner.

Comments: The Beach Bistro was a chilled out venue for a Birthday dinner, set within an ambient and serene setting, all nestled and heavenly in it's brilliance.
