Description: Sibaya’s Aqua, undoubtedly one of the East Coast’s finest Seafood Restaurants, is set on three levels, with larger than life aquatic décor and a cylindrical fish tank with an upper level of Teppanyaki tables and a sushi bar, a middle section for a la carte diners and a sunken cocktail bar. Diners can enjoy a fine-dining experience which includes exquisitely prepared dishes presented on elegant crockery, award-winning South African wines, silver service and great views of the Sibaya gardens. Expect tantalising combinations of flavours from starters such as Red Pepper Risotto and Salmon Gravadlax, to mains of seared Tuna, Thai Herb Crusted Kingklip, Confit of Duck, an array of curries including wok crab, Fillet of aged beef, a selection of vegetarian dishes and more. End the dining experience off with a host of magnificently prepared and stylishly presented desserts. Saturday is dinner and dance nights with live music. There is no cover charge but booking is essential.
