Description:
Situated in the heart of the 5-star Royal Sibaya Hotel, a visit to The intimate Royal Court Grill Restaurant at Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom will leave you longing for more, with the launch of the new Euro-Afro Fusion Grill house menu.

The “farm to fork” experience is seen from the establishment of quality relationships with local subsistence farmers as well as organic suppliers. A truly special addition to the wine list is a variety of organic wines! This new and exciting process most definitely produces a world class offering that enhances the natural flavours and ingredients.

Among the mouth-watering dishes available are the Lobster Bisque with poached lobster tail and champagne jelly, the Fillet tower with marinated mushrooms, leek ragout and crème de Cassis jus or the Vegetable Millefeuille with a chive goats cheese, balsamic syrup and Pistachio froth.

Those with a sweet tooth will also be delighted to see a variety of terrines, souffles or try the deep fried chocolate and cinnamon ravioli to end off your meal.

Excellent food and service, 06 Feb 2012
Reviewer: Roderick Pillay (Adventurousness: What is the chef's special today?)

Comments: After being referred by a colleague, I decided to take my wife to dinner at Royal Court at Sibaya. I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed atmosphere, wonderful service and the delicious food. The background music was audible but not too loud as to prevent one from having a conversation. The decor was beautiful and tasteful.

There was a lady who did her best to walk around and check that everyone was happy with their food. She was very friendly, but not intrusive. The service from the waitresses was also very professional and friendly.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a romantic evening with great food and excellent service. Well done Royal Court, you're setting a wonderful example for others to follow!
