This new energy has invigorated the Legacy of Blues’ iconic Mediterranean brand and turned the restaurant into a space where it is not simply the view of Camps Bay that inspires, but also the view of the magnificent workings of the open plan Kitchen. Head chef: Morne Botha Signature dish: Springbok Loin This is a Signature of Morne Botha and will appear on any of his menu's wherever you may find him. The dish is a tender Springbok loin rolled in Thyme and Black Pepper and grilled to MR. The Venison is accompanied by Sweet Potato mash and a velvety Amarula Sauce and Gooseberry compote that reflect the chef's inclination to all things sweet. |
