Knife Chef Jonathan Japha and restaurateur Ed Saunders, both renowned for the Fork tapas Restaurant on Long Street are set to make you salivate over a rib meal at their new restaurant in Century City. Knife ribs may be an excellent dinner option judging by Fork's tapas reputation and it?s definitely one we would like to try....
