Description: Hudsons - The Burger Joint is a concept inspired by the American old school diner. The team from Café Caprice teamed up with Ross Collins to bring you what is truly Cape Town’s most authentic & finest burger joint. "The idea was to simplify and perfect what we do well at Café Caprice, and so Hudsons - The Burger Joint was born” says co-owner David Raad. We use the best quality local ingredients where we can and prefer to where possible, make all things ourselves from: ice teas, lemonades & sparkling soda water. Hudsons burgers are comprised of freshly ground beef, made on the premises , every morning & contain no soya proteins, limited fat (from the regular 20% down to Hudson’s 5%) - pure whole-grain meat.
