Day and night, Long Street is alive with activity and this intimate eating-house attracts a diverse clientele from curious intrepid travellers to entrenched regulars. The outside tables adorned with colourful lanterns are a perfect place to people watch while savouring expert dishes served by dedicated staff. Masalas dosa is named after a popular south Indian breakfast dish. A dosa refers to a crispy rice and lentil pancake served traditionally with a potato curry, coconut sauce (chutney) and a veg and lentil broth called sambar. This dish has been the inspiration for the menu along with other unique dishes not found in your typical Indian restaurant.
