The Bentley Oyster Bar and Bistro, nestled in the trendy business sector of Claremont, Cape Town, presents the public with an array of exquisitely prepared Oysters, along with finely crafted dining dishes.

Along with traditionally prepared West Coast oysters, Bentley Oyster Bar and Bistro also introduces a new trend towards tastes and flavours that will not only educate, but excite the South African public. One can expect flavours such as Red Bush infused smoked Oysters, Tarragon butter grilled Oysters as well as Deep Fried Cajun Oysters. The restaurant also impressively boasts a large live holding system for oysters, 5 000 fitting comfortably in the tank.
