Description: Having opened its doors in February 2008, Salushi Intaba’s concept is simple - specilaizing in Salads, Noodles, Sushi and Grills, the emphasis is on consistent quality and service using the freshest ingredients. Set in the heart of Claremont’s commercial hub and silhouetted by the spectacular backdrop of Table Mountain, Salushi offers 50% off selected sushi between 12pm and 5pm daily while you can enjoy 33% off on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings. Signature dishes include Bon Bon Gifts (salmon fashion sandwiches wrapped in salmon and topped with mayo and caviar), Malay Chicken (a rice noodle dish with wok seared chicken strips in a coconut milk, coriander and fresh chilli sauce) and the wok seared Salmon Salad which continues to receive rave reviews. The Wasabi Truffle (Lindt chocolate and wasabi base topped with a delicious Crème Bruleé topping) is simply decadent while the Salushi Soul (a refreshing cocktail with ginger and mint balanced beautifully with sweet vanilla, Tanqueray gin and vanilla sugar) is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Offering so much more than fresh and innovative sushi, Salushi is the ideal venue for a long lazy lunch or relaxing dinner while the cocktail bar is ideal for winding down after a long day at the office.
