Description: Cafe Manhattan, the popular meeting, eating, drinking, dancing, chilling, chatting and longest standing venue in De Waterkant Village is still one of the most popular hangouts. Although much has changed over the years, the simple and fabulous formula responsible for the success and popularity of Manhattan, as she is often referred to, has remained the same. Recently launched is the new Manhattan menu with a culinary host of new items.

The ever-popular Skyscraper Beef Burger remains one of our most popular dishes, and we have added an array of variations to this Burger to our menu. Caf� Manhattan is known to have the 'best burger in town' reputation. Both the interior and exterior of Caf� Manhattan have been renovated and redecorated and now make a rather bold statement on the corner of Waterkant and Dixon streets.

Cafe Manhattan is situated on the corner of Waterkant and Dixon Streets in De Waterkant Village and is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 until late for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks or a late night snack. Dinner reservations are highly recommended.

Comments: Two friends and I went to Cafe Manhattan in sea point on Sunday. I had the Brooklyn burger and my friends had the Sunday roast. We haven't been there for a while, but man, today I was reminded again how food and service is supposed to be! They really do have the best burgers and the Sunday roast looked like something out of a cook book. To be served by a friendly waiter that smiles and laugh with you, is just the best. I really can't wait to go back. Thank you Russell and Johan for giving us the best food and service, you are the best.
