Description: After a succession of different owners over the past 15 years, new owners Geo Westraadt, Wynand and Nadia Viljoen have exiting new plans for Café Bellarosa. Look out for our specialty of the day! Café Bellarosa is situated in the courtyard of High Street Shopping Village. There are ample under cover parking with security 24 hours a day. Whilst only a few minutes from the Cape Gate and Tyger Valley Centre, there is an unobtrusive atmosphere in our restaurant not easily found these days. Our trading hours are from Monday to Friday 07:00 -18:00 and Saturday and Sunday 09:00 - 15:00. Private dinner functions can be done by arrangement. The restaurant can seat around 70 people and is particularly suited for small functions like intimate weddings, stork teas, kitchen teas, birthdays, year end functions, etc. We can plan a buffet menu for you; arrange snack platters or a set menu. We will be happy to assist you in planning a memorable experience breakfast, lunch or private dinner parties. We also offer outside catering and great platters for those who prefer their own venue. Come and experience a leading and casual dining experience from the moment you arrive. We are renowned for our high quality service standards. A great feature worth mentioning is the roll-up blinds that create an outdoor feel in the warm summer months. Apposed to this our fireplace and overhead heaters makes it a cosy and comfortable feel in winter. It's perfect for a leisurely breakfast with family and friends, a more formal business lunch or even a romantic meeting. We accommodate local business people, wanting a quick wholesome meal or shoppers wishing to have a leisurely cappuccino or smoothie and "mothers to be" shopping at the various baby shops in the centre. Over weekends families are always welcome. The sheltered courtyard we are situated in with its Ferris wheel, carousel and sandpit is perfect for children to play in while Mom and Dad keep one eye on them. When it comes to the menu there is so much to choose from: Farm style breakfasts, gourmet light lunches and mouth-watering teatime delights, all in generous portions. Our Kebab Breakfast, Chicken Schnitzel and famous Mocha Truffle chocolate cake are always firm favourites. We also have exciting new dishes like the Smoked Salmon Stack and Savoury or Sweet Breakfast waffles. Look out for the healthy options in our menu, like the Green Green salad, Stuffed Chicken Breast and The Coffee light Chilla (for diabetics or the health conscious). We always strive to please and try to be as adaptable with our dishes as possible with plenty of optional extras. Furthermore we also aim to keep our menu as affordable as possible while not compromising in quality or value for money.
