(Adventurousness: What is the chef's special today?)

Comments: we ate at masons on 26-12-2010 and had a fantastic meal. we both ate steaks (a sirloin and a rump) and both were better than any steaks we have had in cape town in the last 2-3 years. I am aware that is a bold statement but they really were excellent and very well priced (350g rump - R120). superbly complimented by the raka biography shiraz (R160 a bottle !?!) and very friendly and informed service. we will definitely return.
