Restaurant description

Beijing Orchid Restaurant opened in 2009 at Grand West Casino in Cape Town. The restaurant was the first to serve traditional Chinese cuisine at Grand West Casino.

The interior is beautifully decorated with luxuriously soft, comfortable seats. The lighting is soft and creates an atmosphere conducive to kicking back and relaxing.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of items on the menu, as well as a buffet. The house specialty is the lamb - slow-cooked fall-off-the-bone meat that melts in your mouth and is served on a cast-iron plate that brings out a real sizzle.

The restaurant is fully licensed and diners can enjoy a good bottle of wine.
