We enjoy passionately welcoming our guests, whether they are visiting the restaurant, pub or gaming area. We enjoy getting to know them and spoiling them with our good, well-priced food and drinks. Our guests must relax and unwind in our comfortable & clean venues as we pander to their every need. Every guest must leave with a feeling of money well spent and appreciated. They must already be planning their next visit to Pirates even as we thank them and say goodbye at the door.

We achieve all of this by working as a team, by enjoying providing warm, friendly & efficient service and by promoting our Privateers Club.

Through our Privateers Club we can create special bonds between our staff, our guests and their fellow guests.
