Description: This is a dining experience! Our chef, Sean Kiely, has dedicated over 15 years to his passion, included were long gruelling hours spent in various kitchens across the globe being taught by the hardest, least understanding teachers in the world! Extensive travels through Asia created a base on which his unique style was able to unfold into the menu we boast at Boulders Beach Restaurant today! If you thought it couldn't get any better you were wrong, He's also the type of person who can keep anybody on their toes Including himself.... By changing his menu every three months, Keeping our customers interested and staff constantly motivated because we're always on the "move." The special touch is here through and through. This is what I'd refer to as the reason people started going out to spend their money because it shouldn't be to eat something you can make at home, it needs to be unique. Head chef: Sean Kiely Signature dish: Sauteed Tiger prawns Sauteed tiger prawns with fresh udon noodles, chilli, garlic tat soi and coriander in an Asian butter sauce with crunchy wasabi peas. |
