Description: Our name is Belgian, our ambience international and our setting spectacular. You'll find us on the quayside of Cape Town's Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, where the Atlantic ocean meets the mother city. Here gulls swoop, seals bask in the sun, and passing yachts enhance the view.
