Description: Emily's at the Historic Clock Tower, is one of the unique features of the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. Visitors can either sit under the cool umbrellas at the water's edge or climb to the top floor and sit on the balcony or in the tower at Executive Chef the famous clock mechanism. Our light menu offers a range of delicious, diverse, South African treats. Executive Chef; Johan Odendaal says: My philosophy of cooking is simple: let the ingredients speak for themselves. I am set on flavour and do not follow trends by other chefs, nor do I copy them. I am in love with the flavours of Africa and proud to be a South African "boere-boy".
