Executive Chef Simon Kemp tantalizes the taste buds with contemporary world flare with the focus on farm-fresh ingredients. For starters, expect the likes of BBQ Duck spring rolls with a plum and sesame dip. Mains include hearty comfort eats like Fillet Bordelaise grilled in a Dijon and herb rub and served on a bed of crushed sauté potatoes, roast asparagus and tarragon crème fraiche.
