15 Wolfe Street Chelsea Village Wynberg Directions Travelling from Town towards Muizenberg on the M3, take the Plumstead/ Wynberg/ Constantia off ramp. Then turn right into Constantia Main Road and then left up Alphen Hill. At the top of the hill, there will be an intersection, at which point Alphen Hill becomes Waterloo Road.
