The interior invites the spirit of the lagoon inside, with hints of sand and hues of blues, greens, and silvers dancing across the palette.

Our premiere chefs offer a delicious selection of local seafood in a five-star fine dining environment, as well as pleasing choices for vegetarians. Fish is procured daily from our own appointed purveyor who sources it fresh from the harbour and local fishermen along the coast. The menu is in constant evolution, changing to reflect the seasons and the best available produce of the day.
