Description: Sirocco, situated on the water's edge of Knysna's trendy Thesen Harbour Town, is evocatively named after the warm wind that blows across the Mediterranean.

Sirocco is a vibey lunch and dinner time venue, a meeting place for those who appreciate relaxed sophistication, cutting edge design, friendly service and great food. The romantic ambiance is created by clever lighting and plush seating, set in a variety of green hues from lime to olive.

The fusion menu features a large selection of shellfish, a delicious spicy Thai prawn stir fry, as well as Oriental mussels topped with lemon grass, chilli and coriander. For those whose palates lean more towards European food, specialities include Chef Hebel's Bouillabaisse, grilled Petit poissons with olive oil and lemon, and a tender char grilled fillet of beef. The Sirocco fruit sushi makes for an irresistible end.

Turn right into Waterfront Drive at the 1st set of traffic lights after entering Knysna. Proceed along Waterfront Drive (railway line on your right), and pass through a set of traffic lights, passing the Waterfront on your right. Turn right at the next set of traffic lights (note "Federated Timbers" on your left, and Thesen House on the opposite left corner). Proceed over the railway line and across the bridge onto THESEN ISLANDS.
