Description: Description: The Irish styled Skelligs Pub is open daily for lunches and light dinners from 11:00 – 22:00. It offers a relaxed, informal setting in which to enjoy a pint of tapped Guinness or a hearty meal. The Pub opens onto a patio adjacent to the pool, where guests can enjoy a refreshing cocktail on a balmy summer's evening. Magnolia Restaurant at Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa is excited to announce the launch of a new menu concept. This exclusive experience is based on the premise that as the seasons and the availability of items change, so will the dishes offered to our guests. The freshest produce is sourced both locally and abroad to ensure that each dish is uniquely prepared with the finest ingredients. The net result is a variety of mouth-watering combinations across many cultural influences, creating a melting pot of flavours to cater for every taste and to delight the most refined palate. The mastermind behind these culinary creations is Jo’burg born Executive Chef Shaun Bruce, who studied at The International Hotel School in Cape Town and has 10 years international experience. He spent time on the 5 star ocean liner “Princess Cruises”, as well as stints at well known Cape Town Establishments Paranga & Cape Milner. Shaun’s cooking philosophy is fresh locally sourced food cooked and prepared in interesting ways. The inspiration for the name ‘Magnolia’ comes from the spectacular flowering magnolia trees on the hotel grounds, which also inspired the elegant décor of the restaurant. The rich silk drapes, chandeliers and original magnolia paintings, which were commissioned for the restaurant, have amalgamated into a dining experience reminiscent of a bye-gone era, but with a definite contemporary twist. Every Sunday in the Magnolia Restaurant we serve a wonderful Sunday Lunch Buffet. |

Lourensford Road Somerset West 7130 Directions Leaving the airport on the airport approach road; Turn left onto the N2 Highway. Look for the directional sign marked 'Somerset West". Approximately 25km from the airport, take the R44 Broadway Boulevard Exit. Turn left at the first set of traffic lights. At the next traffic lights, turn right onto the Main Road. Travel straight past three sets of traffic lights. At the fourth set of traffic lights, turn left into Lourensford Road. Travel straight down Lourensford Road for approximately 4km past the Shell Select petrol station and past the perimeter fence of Erinvale Golf Club. Turn left after the golf course. Erinvale Estate Hotel is situated on your right before the main entrance of the Erinvale Estate. |
