Description: A single knife-wielding chef assembles sushi with the finest balance of ingredients and whether it be sashimi, nigiri, temaki or maki, every mouthful is an explosion of salty flavours and varied textures. Some say that wine and soya sauce just don�t mix, but for those who disagree the restaurant has a small selection of reds, whites, ros�s and fortified offerings.
