Join us for a romantic four course Valentine's dinner overlooking the beautiful Stellenbosch mountains. Tempt your tastebuds with Oysters Rockerfeller to begin, moving onto a choice of kudu carpaccio or linefish ceviche. For mains, choose either delicious Karan beef or river trout and end off the meal with a trio of decadent Felchlin chocolate desserts. Description: Dornier Bodega - The home of fine wines and Farm Cuisine Our signature Farm Cuisine is all about honest and transparent food, fresh seasonal ingredients sourced from selected suppliers. Our menu changes daily and it is matched with a wine list made up mostly from producers in the Blaauwklippen Valley, situated between the Helderberg and the Stellenbosch Mountain, accentuated by some specialities from other regions, including a fine list Champagnes. Farm Cuisine is all about fine food and wine in a relaxed atmosphere. Tastings of Dornier wines are offered in the Wine Lounge, in the same building. The Bodega’s speciality for private and corporate functions is Portable Dining. It offers the right combination of fine food presented in an informal manner. |
