We went for a second time for dinner to Pepenero and enjoyed a good evening. We has sushi for starters and the steak special for mains. The food was good, well priced specials menu and a few well priced cocktails. I decided to write this review as I thought the service was excellent, not pushy but attentive. Main waitress and other staff bringing the food where friendly and it felt like they wanted to check the food was cooked to order. A great evening with friends - we will be back.

Went top try out their prawn special for R99.It was excellent!
Nice atmosphere and has a good vibe without the music being too loud.
Specials make a huge difference to the bill, although the white chocolate cheesecake at R50 is def worth a taste.
