Hi there, I've eaten at Fusion several times in the past and have always been very impressed with the food and the service. Dylan is an excellent waiter and the food is simply exquisite. I recently came for dinner with 10 interns (3 Zimbabweans and 7 Australians) and they were equally as impressed as I have been. The students from Melbourne said that the food was on par with and better than many of the restaurants they eat at back home. I tell as many people as I can about how wonderful my dining experience always is at Fusion :-)

Had a girls lunch and asked for a bunch of starters and they placed them all on on platter for us and it was a delight and joy to travel through all the wonderful flavours.
Awesome chocolate fondant - the waiter even gave us the recipe! Also found a new Rosé which was affordable but delicious.

Celebrated my daughters 18th Birthday with the family at Fusion! Excellent food and a unforgettable evening! Will be back!

The food doesn't seem to go together when reading it on the menu but once you have it infront of you and you start tasting the various flavors and how they all compliment each other it is amazing. service was really good the waitor knew a lot about the food. I would really recommend this to anyone.

Wow, what an amazing place! Fusion is the place to be. Stunning food, intimate ambiance and the friendliest people you will ever meet. Shaun and Caryn really are awesome! I will be going back there very very soon. Can’t wait for my next visit there.

shaun is such an incredible host he welcomes every guest and treats them like a long lost friend, the service and hospitality is well matched by the incredibly dynamic menu. a meal at fusion is always an adventure, special and value for money. the wine evenings are fantastic. the tuna is world class!!!

This must be Durban's best kept secret. What a wonderful experience...

You have to try the Liquid Nitrogen Icecream, and the 'Dishwasher' fillet is the most amazing beef I have ever eaten - wonderful range of nibbly starters, and the desserts are just so different... Great wine list too...

Well worth the treat...
