We ordered by telephone stating that we are from Durban and were in a hurry to visit the UNITAS hospital and would like our food pronto. They were awesome on arrival. The waiters were pleasant. Management was accommodating and the food was very good - as ordered.

This is actually the only place I got whenever I need to eat. The food is awesome, waiters magnificent. I like the fact that you can ask just about anyone for anything without them asking who is your waiter. They just bring it to you promptly. It's the only restaurant in town that deserves my money because they work hard for it just as I do. It's closer to the bathroom which suits my preggie wife. I like those drinks on the house on birthdays.

O'Galitos has an awesome ambiance. The food is spectacular and the service is brilliant. Most restaurants have good food but the service is lacking as they always have their waiters hovering over you every two minutes and you're compelled to speak with food in your mouth! (Gasp!).
Management is also friendly.
Keep it up and you will continue to go places!
By the way. Please give the chef a big kiss for the prawns, they are always delicious and done properly and the plate is always clean with no burn stains. Awesome.
I love O' Galitos food and have always dined at the one in Centurion Mall. I hope you continue to treat your staff well, a happy waiter always provides great service and it's much easier to tip a waiter that always remembers the correct order and that brings your food and drinks on time. Nothings worse than having to ask more than twice how long the food will take

Will give a 5 for location, its hidden! Would be nicer if it was the first restaurant you see when you come into the mall. There is nothing you can do about that.
