Fogey's Railway House Restaurant

We recently celebrated a birthday at Fogey's in Muizenberg. The restaurant setting truly is original, overlooking the railway and the sea. Upstairs you are greeted by the melodious sounds of the live band for the evening. We were lucky enough to have Mixed Brew playing. The music was incredible, and watching the two band members as their whole persona morphed when they played a Cold Play number and then moved through to a Beetles number - wow it is impressive.

The service was friendly and on-the-ball and the owner was very available and full of chatter! The food was a little disappointing but if you stick to the simple basics then it is great - ultimately the whole experience was fantastic! We will be back!
