Overwhelming Service by Manager Terry at Rhapsody's Lounge (Lynnwood)
To whoever it may concern, it is my great pleasure and honor to spare this precious moment in complimenting the overwhelming experience my business colleagues and I had on Friday the 23rd of November, at Rhapsody's in Lynnwood. Our waiter who introduced himself to us as Ben did every well in looking after us, but moreover what left us breathless was the attention and friendliness we received from one of the floor managers Terry. I should admit, Terry's performance last night left my colleagues and I with an understanding that Rhapsody's is still one of the Franchise offering comprehensive training to its team of management. Such service reminded me of the old time service that is lacking in most restaurants today, this manager recommended wine in the most exciting manner; picking on the characteristics of each wine and the ideal meal to enjoy the wine with?WAWOO impressive. We felt special and spoiled by such first class service, to spice it up his unique command of the English language kept us entertained and could not wait for his next check up on us. It is my wish to remind anyone who comes across this email that, it is because of such small things that customers spread the good news about a restaurant, and moreover return with more customers to experience such hospitality and special treatment. We came there with my friend as we were on long weekend. The service was excellent, the ambience was brilliant and very upmarket. We are hoping to come again sometime soon. Keep up the good work.
