Gibson's Gourmet Burgers and Ribs

My husband and I decided to go for a quick burger at Gibson’s on Saturday evening after reading a review about Gibson’s in the news paper. We arrived around 10.35pm, and found that they were just about to close up, however a young lady came to greet us at the door and welcomed us in, after we received our drinks, my husband being very fussy asked a lot of questions, and asked the young lady if it’s true that the food is quick and is it really freakin awesome as we read about. With a little shy giggle she answered all the questions and not once did she have to look at the menu to suggest something or to answer a question about a topping, she told us they are the best burgers and that we will leave more satisfied than we thought. Our food order was taken and not even 5 minutes she came walking to our table and served us our burgers, both speechless she smiled at us and told us to enjoy our meal. After a few minutes the lady came to check on us to ask if all was good, my husband had his burger in his hands, while I used a knife and fork, she told me I was also welcome to eat my burger with my hands and that it was the best way to eat it, so indeed I tried this and oh my word how good was this feeling to me, it made me feel right at home and I really enjoyed myself. After we had finished she came and asked us if we had enjoyed our burgers, I tell you she was spot on, we eat out at least once a week at many different places, and in a very long time have we had such a good meal. Best burgers we have ever had and quick and made to perfection, the service this young lady gave us, I don’t remember her name, but she wears glasses, made us feel at home and not in a restaurant. She treated us like friends and not just another table best service we've had in a long time. We will defiantly be back at Gibson’s, the food is brilliant the service is tops, we will recommend Gibson’s to everyone we know. What an awesome experience, a very big thank you to the waitress for her excellent service, and to the chef for an amazing burger.

I visited your restaurant in August and was really impressed with the pork ribs. It is by far probably the best ribs I've had. The service we received was also a plus in your favour and it made the meal even more enjoyable. This sentiment was shared by the rest of my company and we vowed to return for some more. Keep it up!

Yesterday was my second visit to Gibson's in less than a week. The service is professional, friendly and fast and the food is superb. On my first visit I had the Mushroom burger which was the most delicious burger I've had in a long time. Yesterday I had their Steak Roll, which I thought was a bit small compared to their burgers, but the steak just melted in my mouth...heaven! My husband ordered a double burger and had to take half of it home as it was HUGE! Will definitely be back!
