A much less frantic ambiance without sacrificing efficiency and service. Menu changes are innovative with a massive boost to the quality of the dishes on offer. The introduction of the Bistro evening is a brilliant additional string to their bow. PASSION obviously orchestrates the myriad elements that make a visit to this establishment a most satisfying experience. I cannot wait for my next visit to Hermanus because I will be going back to The Eatery!
